Why a family when you are happy being independent and alone?
Family is one place where you don’t choose people but are born into it. Your destiny brings you here and gradually you are a part of it. It is your first teacher from where you create your own character and beliefs. The family has a big role in shaping you. Interestingly, you keep changing with time and often you are surprised by your own behaviour. Sometimes, you are very close to everyone and other times, you feel a stranger among them. Have you ever questioned yourself that why do you need a family when you are happy being independent and alone?
As you grow you look up to your family but after a certain age, you create your own space. This often happens once you grow and start enjoying your independence. Now, family is taken for granted and outside make-believe family charms you more. Seldom do we understand that all that glitters is not gold.

Family is important no matter how independent are you
Be it a nuclear setup or a joint family, situations are the same if timings are different. At times, you feel so wanted by each one of them and sometimes, you feel ignored. It’s hard to resist those feelings and not cry. But there’s always a positive side to every story. So what’s your story? Question yourself that why do you need a family? Note down your opinion and then check what I have said. Do they match at some point?
Because gadgets alone can’t keep you happy.
How much can you be busy with gadgets? At one point, your eyes will hurt and you would want to throw it away. Even if you want to keep yourself busy at work to avoid unnecessary arguments, at some point, fatigue will overtake you. You need humans to interact.
You want to laugh with someone. Even for bullying a third person, you need one person to talk to.

Family spends time with you
Being alone is soothing. You concentrate well on all things but don’t you like to share your achievements with others? Don’t you expect some appreciation from others? Who does this other than your family?
You need someone to ask you why are you unhappy today or what’s troubling your mind? You may not be comfortable discussing with them and you be quiet. But believe me, it’s their concern for you that makes you feel lighter. Suddenly, you feel wanted and want to talk.

Noises are rythmic
Sometimes, silence is depressing. How boring is it to just walk around the house alone with no one to talk to? At times, voices around you keep you calm. You may not indulge but hearing them keeps you alert. You don’t feel alone.
The definition of being independent varies from person to person.

Your family could be one person or 10 people
There’s one person in the family with whom you may fight the most, argue on necessary and unnecessary things. But when you are sad that person will always come and talk to you. You being small may not let go of your ego but he will surely come forward and make things easier for you.
God always creates a person around you who makes it easy for you to sail through the hardships of life and that one person in my family is my father in law.
You continuously practice training your subconscious mind to see the positive in every aspect that helps you ease the situation. Make a picture in your mind that everything will be alright once again. If you believe in what you say then your subconscious will make it live. And for the obstacles in between, you have that one person in your life who will guide you.
Have you found that one person in your family?
