SEO is not Rocket Science by Puspanjalee Das Dutta
SEO is a term that has become a fashion statement for bloggers today. Every blogger writes well and wants to be friendly with Google. And Google understands the language of SEO. It is all technical and if done correctly, it will drive good traffic to your blog. But your content needs to be great too. This is my review of Puspanjalee Das Dutta’s ebook ‘SEO is not Rocket Science ‘. The book has covered all essentials for a new blogger to take his/her blog up in blogosphere even if he/she doesn’t understand technical aspects much. This book is handy for all bloggers who have a vision in their mind.
SEO for blog traffic
The book starts from the basics of a blog and what all to expect from it. It gradually explains free tools that can help you understand keywords to make your headlines super interactive. Google Analytics is complex for many and this book has broken the strategy into simple to follow steps. All the concepts have deep information and personally experienced. If many tools and terms are difficult to remember, the conclusion has compiled all in one place. The author has also touched the basics of Pinterest that contributes to a large part of organic traffic to your blog.
This is a non-fiction ebook about learning SEO basics for the betterment of your blog. The author is a non-technical person herself and has done full justice to the genre. She has covered all the important points that as a new blogger she missed and also some mistakes she did. Most importantly, add internal links to all your blogs and never delete an old blog. Even if the information on the blog is old, you can always update it with relevant content. Many of the things I knew and learned so much more. Many of us are aware of On page SEO but not with Off-page SEO that is equally important. She has explained to open a free business account on Pinterest with step by step images that is a good source of organic traffic to your blog.
The author has put in all her acquired knowledge of 9 years of blogging into this book. She has worked really hard to make this book useful for all the bloggers and I highly recommend to buy it.
