Enjoy life completely as you watch Nazar Andaz on Netflix
Weekends are light when you want to just browse the OTT platform and forget about life and profession for 2 days. Likewise, it was Friday evening when I checked on Netflix for the latest additions. Nazar andaz on Netflix wasn’t appealing to me at first browse. As I am always looking for some thrill to watch, this movie didn’t catch my attention. But within 10 minutes when I couldn’t choose anything better, I checked upon Nazar Andaz. The trailer was funny so I thought some light moments are not bad to start the weekend. Hence, I started Nazar Andaz on Netflix.
Movies interest me more than series
Nowadays, series and movies are so common to entertain you but as a working professional and a homemaker, I feel every minute should be utilized properly. Even entertainment should be full paisa vasool. That’s why watching a 3-hour movie is less risky than trying my luck on an endless episode series.
Nazar Andaz on Netflix was definitely a head turner
I expected it to be a comedy from the start but I never ever expected it to be so emotional! I have seen the actors before but not in such impressive roles. Sometimes light movies take all the limelight and you are left speechless. I don’t believe that as the movie progressed, I literary started crying.
Kumud Mishra is beyond comparison
Kumud Mishra as Sudhir bhai has played a remarkable role in the movie. As a blind, he has shown so many new ways to see life and be a winner in every scenario. In this world full of complaints and comparisons, he shows faith in a local city thief.
He has many interesting dialogues that convince you to rethink. In one scene, Abhishek Banerjee playing the thief, asks Kumud why he keeps his eyes closed. He asks Abhishek in return how do you feel to keep chewing when his mouth is empty?
I instantly asked myself, in a similar way why do we keep complaining of problems whose solution is not in our hands?
It’s full of metaphors
If you observe the movie carefully, the simplicity of life has taken the cake. There are no adult scenes or foul language that you need to skip but a clean and soft movie that you can watch with anybody carefree.
It shows that when you are good to people, others also help you selflessly. The real journey starts when the 3 of them move towards Sudhir bhai’s hometown.
Road trip lets you smell the change in air
They chose to travel by road on a 3-seater scooter. When you let loose yourself and flow with the situation, life becomes so much easier. I was actually enjoying the journey with all of them. The story aesthetically portrays the lover of Sudhir bhai, Rajeshwari Sachdev. Love is expressed as a natural emotion that doesn’t go by time but grows deeper. There was no fear of being caught or thinking about the future together. They simply met, talked and went on with their respective lives.
No one can replace a mother
The next stop was of Sudhir bhai’s childhood and this segment of the story really broke me. He went to his old home half broken, dusty and filled with old memories. It reminded me of my old home at Darya Ganj. He touched every wall that sparked voices from the past with his mother.
He was born blind and he remembered falling again and again at the same raised step in that home even now. So emotionally he says he falls even today and after growing so old, he still can’t run.
He asks the other two, how does a mother look? The irony was that none of them had seen their mothers but Abhishek shares his experience of happiness as the touch of motherhood.
Simple script is relatable
As the story progressed, it transformed from funny to deeply emotional and by that time I was living their emotions. They all had simple dreams and every scene was enjoyable to me.
