4 Effective tips to feed your subconscious mind with positive vibes
After understanding the subconscious mind and becoming friends with it now is the time to learn to feed it with positive vibes. This is the most crucial step and the most difficult as well. Even if you know the secret behind conquering your subconscious mind unless you bring it into practice, you will keep failing. Nevertheless, I always write tricks to scratch the positive out of every situation so here we go. Let’s see how can you feed your subconscious mind with effective positive vibes.
Never stop feeding positive vibes to your subconscious mind
What comes to your mind without effort? Negative thoughts! Be it things, people, places or anything when your mind is idle, you ought to think negatively. So now your simple job is to just feed positive thoughts as much as possible to divert your mind from negativity.
As I shared in an earlier post that when there’s no house help at my home, the workload increases massively. I open my eyes in the morning and my to-do list starts pondering over me like a waterfall. All my effective ways to train my subconscious mind fail here and I start feeling so frustrated. But I can’t leave it like that! I forcefully bring my focus to just doing things mechanically and finishing the chores.
Saying it aloud
When I am not able to control the actions of my subconscious mind then I say it aloud to myself. It’s important to speak your thoughts loudly. Say it with confidence and proudly that you will finish your work on time. Feed your subconscious with thoughts you want to work with and replace with the troubled ones.
Let your ears hear and register
Do you remember your parents telling you to write, say loudly important things to yourself so that you remember them for a long time? This is exactly what you have to do now also. Let your subconscious hear you and register it. It blindly listens to you without any judgement but whatever it hears, it takes it for real and starts working towards it.
Repeat the lines
As and when you repeat your actions, they turn into your behaviour and finally habits. It’s easier to practice habits and follow them for your own good. So the ultimate mantra is to repeat good things as much as you can and let your subconscious mind continue the habit.
So is there any positive thought that you want to change into a habit by practising it daily?
