Do you know the ultimate way that will keep you happy?
My blog is all about happiness and small ways that can make you happy. Every person is different and so is their ambitions in life. These ambitions are the reasons for you to be happy or sad. Life gives you so many reasons to be happy at different points but do you know the ultimate reason to be happy?
Taking care of your body
Have you noticed that if you are sick, life becomes stagnant? Recently, I observed that while I was sick, I wasn’t interested in opening the Amazon parcels I had ordered sometime back. On any other day, I am the most excited to open the couriers even when I know what’s inside. But not when you are unhealthy. Such is the importance of good health. So happiness follows a healthy mind and body.

Be thankful each morning for everything you have
I am practising this thankfulness for years now. Believe me, you feel peaceful and light at heart. On bad days, as soon as you open your eyes, you go back in thoughts from where the arguments started. But when you forcefully stop your thoughts and just thank God for all the good things and people in your life, you actually feel better. A good start to the day helps you a long way.

Remember the tough times
We all know that good and bad times come in a cycle. Tough times makes us much stronger. The happiness after this phase makes us feel so light. As good times revolve with bad the same revolves and bring back good times. But we panic and it takes a while to accept the reality. Don’t you feel strong when you are coming out of bad phase and smile once again?
Exercise, exercise and exercise
Any form of exercise makes you happy. Try it yourself and you will agree with me. I am a regular morning walker but if I am not able to exercise for some consecutive days, I feel bad. My Bharatnatyam classes keep me sane and I feel energetic and happy once again.
You must have read numerous ways to be happy on my blog but what’s the ultimate way? You can be happy only if you want to be. If you allow good things to happen to you and forcefully shut your doors to bad vibes, nobody can stop you from being happy.
It’s not a one day process but you need to clear all the dust from your eyes before you see clearly. The same way you can be happy only if you clear your heart of bad emotions and let happiness touch your soul.
