Wisdom Tales | How complete are you within yourself
People grow together and learn together. Have you been all alone, felt happy and satisfied? There are times when we want our privacy but that also doesn’t last for too long. Today’s Wisdom Tale is talking about one power that makes you complete.
Complete within yourself
After bearing much torcher by Tripurasur, one day all devs decided to seek help from Mahadev. Tripurasur was a rakshas and devs were so frustrated by his evils. He troubled all of them in every possible way. Mahadev agreed to help but wanted everyone to come together and defeat Tripurasur. They all agreed.
Now a huge rath was prepared in which Mahadev will defeat the evil. One of the devs became wheels of that rath while another dev stood as an umbrella. This way the whole rath was ready with all devs in place and Mahadev in the seat.
Throughout the preparations, Mahadev watched all of them closely and sensed of arrogance in each of them. Suddenly, they all became proud of themselves thinking that they alone can defeat the evil. At this point, ego has overpowered them and blinded. They totally forgot that they only asked for help from Mahadev to defeat Tripurasur.
When all of them came in front of Tripurasur, Mahadev laughed so loudly that the whole universe shook. The demon creaked and shattered into pieces.
Everyone was shocked till death. They were surprised to see that Mahadev alone had burst the demon while all devs were not even ready by that time.
Impact of this tale on my life
My belief grew stronger that Mahadev is the only reality and he’s the one driving us all ahead. Nothing can happen without his consent but we should also keep doing our deeds to reach him one day.
Ego should never overshadow our hard work. He is the ultimate power within us that gives strength to perform well in this world.
Have you ever felt like someone is helping you bringing all pieces together and you win?

Thank you, Hema.
Yes ego is the main evil of everything. I liked the Mahadev tale. But what’s the names of other Dev’s or gods?

I am not into mythological tales but each wisdom tale teaches us.
This tale too reminded me of Law of attraction from the book The Secret.
