How can you cooperate with all and still benefit?
In the self-isolation period when everybody is home, you can’t be away from arguments and disagreements for long. Isn’t it? Be it between two people living together or 10 people in a house. The story is the same. So now an interesting question comes up that how can you cooperate with all and still benefit? One thing is for sure that you can’t be the right one every time and the other person’s opinion may not be wrong on every issue. So a mid-way comes as a rescue here that maintains harmony and satisfies your ego too.
How do you benefit from cooperating?
Every issue has two ways to resolve as two sides of the same coin. If every time, both the involved persons take different sides then there will always be violence and fights. So some of the ways to cooperate are:
- Learn to listen to other’s opinion also. The other person may, actually, have something useful and meaningful to say.
- Accept that other’s opinion is good and let go off your ego. Who knows you may benefit from the solution.
- When you cooperate and work together, you get many new and better ideas to do the same thing. In fact, you benefit in sharing the workload and finish it faster.
- Sometimes, the other person may be more efficient in doing the same work than you. So let them help you.

Silence has the power
You may have to be silent in some situations and cooperate with others. But don’t be disheartened and feel offended, just leave it on time. Some things are out of control for everybody like the current scenario. We all need to be calm and patient because anger overshadows our thinking power and we always take wrong decisions during this period.
Every cooperation may not benefit you in some or the other way but giving in will definitely earn you respect. Sometimes, being quiet also makes you win the situation and you rule many hearts with the power of silence. Just learn the art of being observant and tackle the situation accordingly. With time, you will learn how cooperation gives you satisfaction and togetherness. Nobody can live alone and fight every day. This can be well experienced when you are socially distant from the world at present.
So what’s your powerful mantra to cooperate and still benefit?
