My gratitude towards Zivame for their lovely gesture
Shopping in this millenial is totally fun. Your smartphone is your megastore and you can shop your favourites from any brand’s app. Just a click and the parcel is at your doorstep with easy return options. Zivame is one such shopping portal which I am really proud of. Being one of its kind, online shopping platform only for women, Zivame has made its mark successfully. My gratitude towards Zivame official team for the lovely gesture for their customers.
Recently, it has opened studios in different parts of the city and it’s truly blissful for a shopper like me. I like to try and buy things to avoid returns. Also, visiting a store gives me a chance to check the material. So here, I was in the nearest store and shopped my heart out. The feeling of shopping my favourite brand was simply awesome.
Shopping at Zivame Studio
I tried the stuff, chose my favourites and came back home happily. Now started the real story. I wore the stuff after giving it a hand wash. I had worn it for the whole day and felt a difference in the fit. It was not as I felt at the studio but has become loose. I felt so disappointed. Until now, all my other shopping from the brand has been good. I decided to contact the support team to let them know about this. I mailed them and forgot about the incident. Maybe, the thought of sharing the problem was enough to weigh me down.
Some days later, their official team called me regarding the whole issue and wanted to help me out with other fits at my residence only. I was actually impressed by their proposal and my respect for them increased. Somewhere down my heart, I expected them to at least call and console if not exchange. We decided to meet at the studio only and at my convenient day and time.
Lovely gesture by Zivame team
I arrived at the studio and met Shilpa and Apeksha from their official team who have come specially to this store to help me out choose the best fit. I was thankful to them for this lovely gesture. Apeksha who is the fit analyst at Zivame helped me out with numerous stuff and taught the tiniest detail we often ignore while we try new things.
At last, I was happy with the new fits I tried and it was the time to adjust the bill. I was told to select some more clothes from the store. I was a little puzzled because the exchange was coming out to be the same amount. Still, I shortlisted some stuff for my daughter and asked them what extra do I have to pay? And then they said nothing! This is a gift from their side and they apologised for the inconvenience I faced. I was so shocked and embarrassed for this gift. I explained that this was not my intention behind sharing my regret with my recent shopping. They totally understood and wanted me to be satisfied with whatever I buy at Zivame.
My gratitude towards Zivame team
It was a small gesture from their side that filled my heart with gratitude for them. A brand is anyone who is serving us and marks a place for itself but maintaining that name is of utmost importance. This gesture would not have cost them big nor did it saved my huge bucks. The simple gesture was to respect their customer at the best level they could. Their primary motive was that every customer should be happy and content when they buy Zivame.
I am thankful to the official team of Zivame, especially Shilpa and Apeksha for such courteous behaviour. Always looking forward to shopping at Zivame and highly recommend to all the lovely ladies out there.
