    Healthy and mindful eating is really important for kids. They don’t know the benefits of healthy eating so the availability of healthy foods at home is a good option.

    Very nice article.
    Being a mother, it becomes difficult to make children understand the importance of having nutritious meals. They mostly love junk foods, which tastes so good but have 0% of nutritive value.

      Thanks Shipra. My daughter is a darling when it comes to eating but my son is still a pain in my neck when he sits for eating.
      Well, applying the same formula on him too. Let’s see in how much time he becomes a happy eater
