North East Castle – Munirka
North East Castle is a cute outdoor cafe in Munirka Delhi. Sometimes, you just want to unwind yourself to a casual coffee shop where even the basic things make you feel good. NEC is perfect for that feel. It is a rooftop cafe with lovely decorations and bamboo fencing. Colourful curtains hanging at the boundaries make the sober-looking furniture lively. Summer and monsoon times are also enjoyable with good arrangements of ventilation. Mostly couples enjoy the closeness together but a family would love the place equally. Let’s explore the place together.

How to reach Munirka
The food review
Chinese and North Indian quick bites are great with your cup of coffee. The food is simple and tastes like homemade food. There is simplicity in everything which you may crave for at other places. Try their Chinese starters which are spicy yet tasty. Keep your cash ready as they don’t accept cards. You may try the online payment method though.

The price you pay
The bill comes to approximately Rs 800- Rs 1000 for 2 persons for the appetizing food. I am sure you will be satisfied and will take good memories along. Don’t forget to click pictures in the creative background.
Let’s visit the place soon and review again.

Another wonderful place!
I think it is weird that they dont accept card but have the epayment system in place… could that be the future for more places in India
Hmm maybe. And I saw an ATM outlet adjacent to this cafe. I guess this solves the purpose. Thanks, Roshan.
I like rooftop cafes because of the ambience. Being a person who loves outdoors, this is the kind of place that I would love.
That’s exactly my view too. I love to be outdoors with nature. Thanks, Reema.
