Learn to accept grief
This life is a vicious circle. We are bound in relationships. There are more loving people than the ones we hate. And one by one all the people around us would leave including us. We know the fact but we are not brave enough to accept it. How wise we may become, we are in grief when our loved one leaves this world. It is not easy at all to fill that loss. And every bit we pray for that courage to face the world and live life the usual way.
Life is full of blossoms and not just grief
The life has to move on and we have to search for good ways to be happy.
- Indulge yourself in the
hobb ies you love. Like painting or joining different cuisine cooking classes. Some people are happy to join dancing classes. - Start a new routine like going for a walk or meeting new people.
- Going on vacation. Change of place often helps people to leave behind grief and see life with new eyes.
- Read mythological books. They have a solution to overcome grief and ways to move on.
- Be with your family members and enjoy the present life and feel fortunate. Often people who are left alone find it difficult to move on.
Life is full of opportunities
Life is always welcoming. Start your day from thanking God for what all He has given you. Things happen for good but we understand this later in life. Just believe in Him and accept reality. Things will be better as soon as you accept the loss and move on. Because the person will always be alive in your memories. Be thankful for all the good things around you that make you smile. Appreciate nature and people with you. Life has so much to give, it is just that we are busy searching for other things.

I think grief is unavoidable but we need to find a way through it so life can go on.
