Coffee date with friends for life
Today, I went to meet a bunch of online friends in real. It is always a pleasure to meet blogger friends with whom you have bonded well while working. So this time we had a coffee date together but unfortunately, I didn’t get a coffee to drink! Namratha from Hyderabad was flying to Delhi for work and she made this fabulous plan. We were 8 in all like 8 moods of a single person. Each person has a different background with a unique perspective to life. But we all sailed in the same boat. Because moms who are also bloggers know how to measure happiness in their own terms.
What’s on my platter
It was 5 in the evening and we don’t remember what all we ordered. Food came and we ate because we were busy listening to each other and deciding what to order more? When girls meet without any responsibilities, they are crazy to no heights. There was only laughter, silly jokes and funny cases. Nothing mattered more but the empty plates on our table. And again started the discussion for what to order next? We ate like we were hungry for a day!
Flavours of life
We all had our share of laughter and tips and tricks to handle life. It is not easy to laugh on your weaknesses and accept the truth like we do. Every story seems to be the same but tackled differently. This makes them unique and admirable. Every lady is capable of doing several acts at the same time and moms are superwoman. The ladies here knew the art of handling home, kids and the common passion among us – Blogging. Some were happy with their life while the others were more than happy and thankful to life. Some wanted to exchange life with others and some wanted to be adopted. And we had the same laugh over and over again.
Friends for life
We came to know each other only through our writing. And when you write your character comes out on paper. Suddenly, you discover friends who are like you and gel up well together. We met for some hours but this short span felt like years spent together. All the miseries, small or big, faded during this time and the room echoed only with voices of joy. Going back to the same life again was not a thought to consider anymore. We all were charged up to deal with life again with the same strength and courage.
Challenges may be big or small, short lived or hard to face but friends always shine bright in our lives.
Life calling!!
