The Fortnight Chase – Natural remedies to cure Depression

My writings are reflections of my views towards life. I believe that whatever happens only happens with a reason. And the best happens when it is not seen. Because holding on believes that there is a past; letting go knows that there is a future. My piece of work gives me a second chance that life denies. My words help me build my character each and every day. I read new articles every day and learn something new from them. And I am trying to write also regularly. All the visuals that happen around me make a place inside my brain waiting to be penned down as beautifully as possible. Travel along my blogs to explore life and it’s happenings through my eyes. Do share your views as they will make me learn more. And they are highly valued.

Good suggestions. But some people get clinically depressed. They need medical help. Many others do not know that they are depressed. They think that everything is fine with them, the world is awkward. Only recently, in this part of the world, depression is being recognised as a disorder.

Agree with you completely. Exercise, eating healthy does great for mental well being and having a goal gives a sense of direction and focus.

  4. You are doing a great job by writing on mental health. I really wish more people start talking about this so that we manage to overcome the taboo about depression.

Thank you Sonia. I guess we all fall prey to depression some or the other time. But it is just that we need to be aware of it and learn the ways to fight it.
