Is anything open for 24 hours? Any restaurant when you want to go out and eat something? Every outlet has timings between which they work. Or there are shift duties. Does any person or organisation provide you with 24 hour services without any shift duties? Think about it! Yes, that person exists in this world. And she is the mother.

The 24 hours services provided round the clock

• She gets up early before the world to keep some time for herself. If she is a fitness freak, she goes out to breathe the early air. But her kids get up after her.
• The kitchen starts as soon as the kids wake up. And who’s the chef there? The mother. There may be some domestic help but this mother only delegates the work and check in the end if all is ok.
• At the time of watching movies or cartoons, either kid is asking constant questions about what to eat or why a particular thing is happening on TV. And the mother feels the most irritated answering question after question. It is better to stuff their mouth with popcorn instead of questions!
• When the TV is off, it is time to do another activity. But how to decide what’s next? Let’s nag the mother!
• Not deciding which one to go for. Kids need choices just to say no to them. Who’s scratching your head with them? The mother.

The other half of the day is still pending

• Kids don’t want to take a nap in the afternoon. So the mother decides to make them do their homework. Or let them play themselves. But they won’t let the mother take a nap too.
