I am an observant writer and motivational blogger. My blog is the true reflection of my soul. It spreads happiness and shows ways to smile even when time tests you. Organising effectively and managing time makes me productive. Over the years, I have become calm. I am clear of my goal and this makes my journey smooth. Currently, the focus is to win anger and use the power of the subconscious mind to control my brain.

Any activity that us close toi your heart is actually meditation. Whereby your heart and soul and body are one with God. In Sanskrit its called Advait. Loved to read this one.

Lovely post, I was actually thinking about my daily routine and how much time I could dedicate for meditation while reading your post. I love the mid morning time when my baby takes the 1st nap and I could take out time for myself that is the meditation for me.

If every action we do is meditation in some form, I’m meditating all the time! Honestly, thank you for reminding us how important it is to meditate on your actions during the day. It does make life less stressful.

  7. There is a concept of self inflicted pain and negativity and i seem to have that in abundance. I try so hard to get negativity out of my brains , its not easy but what i make sure i relax and listen to positive music, that keeps me going.

Yes music really helps. The basic point is you should know what makes you happy. So that at times of negativity you can turn towards it. Thanks

Lovely writeup once again. I do love to read your posts and this one is simply amazing. Early mornings are important part of the day which usually decides how our rest of the day is going to be. Starting it right way is very important, and how beautifully you have penned down how to do it.

So true, our writing is also a form of meditation. Closing our eyes and thinking all the good things does help us be closer to God! Loved the post!

This post is so helpful, Geethica. I always believed I can never meditate as my mind is always full of thoughts and I cant be too calm. However, by following the practice of taking a few minutes during writing can be extremely effective, I shall try it.

  15. This post is so me. I don’t meditate in the traditional way. I don’t have time for that either. But yes, I do manage to steal few peaceful moments while I give some shape to my thoughts in my blog. Thanks Geethica for sharing such a beautiful post.

You are right, Geethica, that any activity could be turned into meditation. It reminds me of a story, in which a student asks his meditation teacher, “Can I meditate while smoking?” The teacher replies, “Yes.” But, when another student asks, “Can I smoke while mediating?” The teacher replies, “No.” The point is any activity could be used as meditation and an escape from meditation as well. Meditation is not about what you do but how you do.

Liked your article. It’s easy to say not to think about bad but hard to do, and no one tells you how not to think about bad because whenever you think that I have not to think about bad, you are already thinking about it. So, when you say that when one doesn’t succeed in ignoring the bad, one should simply finish one’s daily tasks as a routine, you win my heart. 🙂

    • Geethica says:

Thank you Ravish. I simply write what I experience myself first and then what’s technically applicable. I am glad you found the blog meaningful.
