# Dusting away the memories with coffee!

###

I can have only a sip from my grandma's cup. I am too young to taste all that. Wait till I get a little older. The dialogues were crystal clear into my ears. It was the usual evening time and I sat watching my grandma sipping from her steel tumbler. I would crave to have a sip any day. But when? I would keep nagging her that when will I be big? When will I have my own cup of coffee? I smelled the aroma around me. The aroma of COFFEE. The sound of pouring coffee into her tumbler was simply mesmerising. The bubbles forming at the top of the tumbler. The hotness could be measured by the fog coming up. I was cautioned to have only some sips and that too from my grandma's tumbler and not from a separate cup of mine.

### Dusting away the memories

I don't remember the age I started drinking this addictive drug. It was hard to clear the dust from my memories to realise that I am big now. I can have a full cup and many times a day. But don't we get used to the habits put into us since childhood? Yes. That happens and it happened to me too. I enjoy that small sip only from my mother's tumbler now.

I started enjoying that small quota. I have become habitual to that quantity. I don't want more. When I go out for coffees, I don't like finishing up the cup.

If under some circumstances, I need to show my cup empty, it is just a duty to finish. I am delighted to have those first few sips only. And trust me, I can sleep after having a cup of coffee even at night. My brain is trained to mix up coffee with my sleeping habits. I guess the brain works in our favour only. The things we like to have, our sub-conscious feeds that and our conscious works accordingly.

### The brewed coffee
